Sidmouth Conservative Club (COVID-19 SAFE)

An update on club news .... Due to the Government's Covid-19 restrictions, the Committee have had to re-arrange another date for our 2020 Christmas Draw (which was due to be held on Thursday 17th December). As the club will have to wait until 16th December to discover what tier Devon will be placed in, and if we can open, we consider it necessary to delay announcing the revised date until after 16th. The draw WILL still take place, and those members who have returned payments for tickets can rest assured, they will be entered into the draw on the revised date. Time will also be allowed between opening the club and draw date for members to purchase more tickets (from behind the bar) if required. He will also be serving ALL DAY BREAKFASTS from £8.50 on Saturdays between 11.00 and 1.30pm. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 restrictions we are unable to provide buffet style carvery meals on Sundays, these will be plated meals. We are also holding a Quiz Night and Bottle Draw on Saturdays - Quiz starts at 8.30pm with the Draw following at 9.15pm. Tables must be booked in advance with our Bar Staff, play must be taken during our open hours (Monday to Saturday 10 am to 12 noon and 12.15 to 2 pm/ Friday & Saturdays 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm and 8.45 pm to 9.45 pm/ Sundays 12 noon to 2.00 pm) ********************************************************** ********************************************************************************* The Conservative Club stands in the centre of Sidmouth, the Regency seaside town, famous as “National Winners” for its floral displays in the “Britain in Bloom” competition. The Club is known throughout the town, and East Devon, as a centre for friendly hospitality. Fine wines, and an extensive drinks selection are served in tranquil and leisurely settings. Visiting members together with guests are always welcome. Many return year after year and greeted as old friends. Inter-Affiliated members come and visit from all over the country. Temporary membership is available for visitors to Sidmouth on a week by week basis.
